Terms of Service

1. The Service

Beatshredder Postiz ("the Service") is a social media scheduling integration operated by Beatshredder Digital (Integrators.cc). It connects your TikTok account to a self-hosted scheduling dashboard at social.integrators.cc, letting you compose, schedule, and publish video posts to TikTok through TikTok's official APIs.

2. Account Connection

To use the Service you authorize it via TikTok's official login flow. You must own the TikTok account you connect, or have the account owner's explicit permission. You may revoke the Service's access at any time from your TikTok account settings or by disconnecting the channel in the dashboard; revocation stops all future publishing.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish spam, misleading content, or content you do not have the rights to distribute;
• Violate TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or API terms;
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, tokens, or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the videos, captions, and other content you schedule through the Service. By scheduling content you grant the Service the limited right to transmit it to TikTok on your behalf at the times you choose. You are solely responsible for your content and for complying with TikTok's policies and all applicable laws.

5. Availability

The Service runs on self-hosted infrastructure and is provided on a best-effort basis. Scheduled posts depend on TikTok's API availability; we do not guarantee that any post will publish at an exact time or at all. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beatshredder Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed or failed posts.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your TikTok channel. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination, your stored tokens are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always published at this URL.
